The thing is it is just as likely for them to relapse as it is for a drug addict to relapse only differences a drug addict will get himself High but when these guys relapse it's them destroying somebody else's life

@@xedge09 The one where the dad reported a pedo manipulated his 9 year old daughter online, in sending nude photos of herself, and wanted him searched for at the police station. Then the 2 cops/detectives smash on their door at midnight days later and demanded to talk to the kid, he said they can talk to him but the kid is in bed and he'll bring her in tomorrow after school, and the two cops then threatened the dad to put the 9 year old on the sex offenders list for distributing CP... don't believe it, well luckily it's all on body cam, look it up on youtube. Then there is the case of the upset ex-15yr old gf who was mad at her 16-17 year old bf and decided to report that he had CP of her on his phone (of her, that she sent), and then the police ended up arresting both of them. Keep in mind high school now-a-days is a cest pool of nude photos of students taking photos/videos of themselves, once something gets accidently released, or reported (out of spite, joke, ego cop, etc, especially when involving a karen mom) the police do arrest the kids involved who get put on the offenders list. Keep in mind even if charged, typically the DA office will use plea not involving the offenders list to coerse them to admit guilt and pay $$$ to the state (so they only face the list for a short while, or if they are stupid/difficult and try to beat the system with a public defender); you always get "an example" through of course though, typically an older teen 16-18. Of course if the parents are rich, the kids obviously get off scott free.

Because some individuals DON'T belong on the sex offender registry no man should be on there for soliciting a prostitute (2 consenting adults) or taking a leak in an alley so yes the system do need an overhaul!!
