Hi, Sounds exciting, congrats on the channels progression. You may recall a few weeks back I told you how I took 2 flights back from Dubai to ABZ on 8 April with BA totalling 200 tier points (90+10x2 double tier point promotion). These flights were taken in the new transition period, my year end being 8 May, but only 100 points have been rolled over to this current year. The outbound flights were 31 March. I called BA several times explaining i believed 200 points should be rolled over but to no avail. you provided me with an email address to write to them. I have written twice & BA still say I am only entitled to 100 tier points rolling over into my new tier point year ending on 31 March 25. To clarify, my lifetime points were credited the full 400 points. Any more advice would be greatly appreciated as I can’t believe this is right ?

Hi, I do remember that, I guess you'd need to ask them why the points weren't credited. You could also ask on FlyerTalk on the Executive Club forum (or perhaps the double points forum) they may be be able to help you.
