@Son Of Rabat My point is that even other women that have trained for arm wrestling for the most part still can't compete against her. As for her going against men, what better way to train than to go up against men that biologically have more muscle mass and strength? A lot of the men she has gone against compete in the men's division. Also endurance & strength training comes into play by repetitively arm wrestling fresh arms. There is a method to her madness and high level men do the same thing. I'm still confused by that statement though. Are you saying all the high level arm wrestlers she has beat dont train for arm wrestling?

Nah....you still need to be strong to do it. Her arm wrestling strength is great. She has excellent back pressure and side pressure, greater than many guys, for sure. Her side pressure with a wrist wrench is probably close to, if not above 100 lbs. It was at about 90 lbs last i heard. So, with a normal handle, she be able to move much more weight. Just last year, Artem Taranenko's side pressure with a wrist wrench was at 85 lbs max. And in his weight class, he is one of the top guys, if not the top.

You do realise that a competitor's advantage can be instantly wiped out instantly by their opponent simply repositioning their elbow.
