Hi Sushma Amazing recipes indeed !!!! I hv a ques regards to baking oven ,in ur experience which is better Gas or electric ? Planning to buy cooking range here in India so am asking ,though here ranges do not have convection fans still they bake . Help highly appreciated Thanx.....

Hi Akshat thank you very much I definitely prefer gas for my daily cooking which is called the hob. Now the one which we use at home is not a cooking range it's a separate hob. The oven which is shown in this video has grill and fan option which is integrated! I myself have not used the cooking range in India so I'm not very sure on that ...but in general terms if I had to make a choice then I would definitely go for gas ...hope this helps!

How to boil potatoes in microwave oven

I would suggest you to boil the potatoes on the hob than using microwave!

In Bengali we call it "Alu Puli Pithhe". We just add sime rice flour along with some maida.. and salt in the dough .. And in potato stuffing we add powder of burnt red chilli , finely chopped ginger and powder of dry roasted anise seeds..

Hello Ms Sushma, if you are vegetarian you should enquire/research how PHILADELPHIA is derived. As far as I know it is manufactured by using RENNET WHICH IS ALSO CALLED LAB😜! It is an enzyme from SLAUTERED CALVES (from cows). A lot of cheeses contain this basic RENNET. Even some jogurts are made with the help of LAB. Look in Google for the alternatives way cheeses are made, cheese spreads, sliced cheese,processed cheeses etc. All the Best out there Regards M
