I've lived in Beverly Hills and Pump's location on SM blvd. is prime real estate. Nene's mistake was not conferring with others to get multiple opinions. No, more like she might of knew about it and was interested herself and didnt want any competition. Even if your money is higher than others, that doesnt mean you want to spend more of it on a bidding war. She also could of consulted with others after talking to Nene and realized that was a great location as well. If she already knew the person who she bought sur from, they probably gave her a nice deal on it as well. If you look at the Vanderpump rules, she didnt seem comfortable at all with spending money on TomTom restaurant. She acted as if she didnt have it to spend. How are you going to complain about putting $250,000 or so into the utilities and not even putting in a a/c unit before the grand opening party if money was no option?

Nene wants Kenya blocked from this show so bad it’s ridiculous that’s why she keeps bringing Phaedra to all of the bravo events including Andy’s baby shower and you can see the expression on Andy’s face that she is full of shit he knows the real reason nene wants her back just because you bring her around doesn’t mean they are going to bring her back Phaedra is living her best life she got a new man her children are growing up she bought a new house she is traveling why would she want to come back on a show and ruin all of that just for NeNe and Andy still remembers what happened on season 9 Phaedra messed up her chances of ever returning as a full time housewife but she’ll probably return as a friend or do cameo appearances but that’s it the producers have been talking to kenya they have been making deals with her Cynthia, Kandi, and Porsha I believe have been rooting for her to come back so NeNe needs to let it go kenya had your back all last season she read kim for filth at the reunion for you and then when her contract was under negotiations she backstabbed her when she had the chance NeNe is a hater and jealous that kenya is more popular then her and more like people can say what they want about kenya but the one thing she has never done from season 5-10 has went to any of the producers and complained about getting them off can say the same for NeNe because she did it Sheree and Kim so if kenya returns for 12 she coming in like a Tsunami 🌊 on Mrs. Leakes she better get ready
