I just want to say Lisa Vanderpump has every right to take time off after the death of her brother. There is a difference between someone passing of old age and the tragic suicide of her brother whom she was close with. If you don’t understand that then u shouldn’t speak about it. Loss is extremely personal and I would ask her to grieve personally off the show. The grief process in a tragedy like what she is going through is long and very difficult. The only thing any “friend” should do is support and love her. Speaking negative comments behind her back is NOT a friend.

UsernameUnkwn21 grief is not grief. As someone whos only sibling committed suicide its a whole different grief. My dad passed and my grandparents that were my world passed....it ripped my heart out. But my brothers passing was the worst hurt ever...it took my breath away. Because it was not meant to be...it was not an accident...it was not gods will...it did not have to happen. The guilt never leaves you....its suffocating. You never get over it. The loss of someone from old age....is natural...its what is supposed to happen. My dad died from a stroke...and he was only 60! But i did not feel guilt....i was heart broken...but i knew it was gods will. Suicide is preventable....and i did not prevent it! So the grief i feel the grief other's feel in this situation is devasting guilt and a kind of sadness...you never recover from. It never leaves you...5 yrs later its still with me.

She had to go on so people would get paid and she said herself she needed a distraction. Also, the 2 are different because nobody on VPR is thinking about ambushing her. When they were filming the intro for the season, Lisa asked to be shot separately because she didn't feel comfortable with the women after their latest blow out and you know what Lisa "we all felt bad at her, she should've reached out to us" Rinna did? instead going to her and making it better she got on Instagram live, announced with a devilish smile someone is refusing to shoot and bothe Erika and Kyle couldn't stop laughing about it in the background. That's how much theae heffas cared. I wouldn't come to work either if that was the attitude, not when I'm feeling vulnerable, not when I'm richer than all of them.

Even Andy Cohen had said publicly that they should have given her the season off. Yes she filmed Pump rules, however she is not the main focus of that show. In defense of LVP, business is a shrewd place and Nene is a sore loser on that property, that is the aspect of real estate. Attacking LVP for not contacting the housewives she is not employed by the ladies and contacted her boss Andy, so that was covered. I also love Lisa Rinna, but making LVP out to be the bad guy is getting tiresome, everyone has bad habits but LVP is not a terrible person. When she's ticked at someone she will start with the jabs it's passive aggressive and how she tries to heal from feeling betrayed by her friends. Dorit should have contacted LVP to return the dog, and she didn't. Vanderpump is not going to just forgive her, everyone knows that. Lisa Vanderpump is one of the most misunderstood housewives and Rinna knows how to take advantage of her vices which is when LVP starts the teasing.

When you lose a loved one, you can go thru stages of grief. Living in a FOG and kind of like a dream state is one of the stages that happen (to protect yourself from a nervous breakdown).. sometimes it takes awhile for that "fog" to lift and the real reality of what happened to REALLY hit you. This would explain how LVP was able to function, work & film after her brothers death then later need time off. I am speaking from personal experience. Just saying no one should judge or say how someone should handle a death in the family. LisaR & Tedi both have made insensitive comments on how LVP's grieving time doesn't add up.

She also explained why she left and Lisa Vanderpump gave her job back plus she listened to why the other lady didn't show up for work for two months.
