I have just finished watching a few videos of the guards on duty, the changing guard ceremonies and this man's ceremony. This was my first exposure to the entire Tomb of Unknown Soldier experience. I am now full of pride for my country and the traditions of this honorable unit. God Bless America and the soldiers who take part in this assignment!

klntym his army contract was up. He either had to re enlist or get out of the service. He did not stay in. He is a full time college student now.

I watched a special on the guard and most soldiers serve less than a year, sometimes just a few months, as sentinel and that's not counting those who don't make it through to that level. Twenty months is an extremely long time.
