Cindy - I'd still put it in your will to make sure the lawyer sees it's done. A friend of my sister used to live next to an old lady in an apartment complex. One day, she assumed the old lady died. Her son came to clean out her apartment, and the last thing he did was put her cat outside and then he left. He totally abandoned the cat his mother loved because he didn't want to mess with it. She ended up adopting it.

It's near impossible to adopt out three dogs into one family. I understand what you're saying from a human point of view, but for a dog... it's different. It's like taking puppies from a mother once they're old enough and re-homing them; the mother won't get depressed over it or even think about where they are, while for a human that would be excruciating. As long as they go to a new loving home, even by themselves, these dogs will just move on.
@PO-PANDA8 жыл бұрын
They aren't puppies anymore, they have bonded for years and they are brothers/sisters for life and bff. They shouldn't be separated, they will know they lost 2 other family members because they didn't get adopted together. so, you want them to lose 3 people in their lives? Keep them together!!!!

Uhh i thought the opposite because he was not discreet when he walked behind the cars to spot the white dog, and he was too slow when he approached him. Although he was able to catch him, i can still see some mistakes. The woman did a mistake too when she carried the dog with 1 hand and slowly, the dog could have fallen on the ground and have something broken.

+Bru It's very easy to watch this video and criticize and nit-pick about the rescuers' possible "mistakes." But they've been rescuing dogs for a long time, and these three are now off the streets, and that's what matters. If you think you can do a better job, then rescue as many dogs as they have, and then you can be critical.

@@stevetaylor9846 they are people without relatives and friends. The doggies probably had a loving home till the owner died. What is wrong here is that the US has no organization that takes care of homeless animals and I'm not talking about HOPE FOR PAWS. Here in Germany every city/town has animal shelters that are run mostly by the city/town. You don't see stray dogs & cats on our streets like in the US and when a stray dog or cat is found it is brought to the city's/towns animal shelter. Another thing, we don't have kill shelters. The animal stay in the shelters till the animal finds a new owner or a forster family can take it. When you own a dog you need to pay "Hundesteuer" a yearly dog tax that you own the dog. The dog gets a dog tag (it is the dog's ID) with taxnumber and a piece of paper. In my hometown the yearly dog tax for each dog is 40 € ($ 48). For cats we don't have a tax, yet.

The neighbor across the way from me died a few years ago. Renovations started occurring when the house was sold. Including knocking down the garage. I remember the neighbor had some cats, and really, really horribly shitty (adult) children. When the garage came down we found out how horrible, as two of the cats were still there, living in the shed for multiple years in fear hiding from everyone until machines tore the shed down. They now live with me, and are super happy and well fed, they were SO skinny I can't believe they were alive. Covered in fleas, mud, and soaking wet with rain yet apparently indifferent to it, filled with worms, and surrounded by foreigners with no patience for animals or understanding of animal cruelty laws who would stone them on sight these critters lived holed up in the shed until the middle of the night for two years. They stayed there thinking their owner would return.

His fur was muddy, tangled, and just a mess... At the time we didn't know who he belonged to... My mom got some dog shampoo to help clean up his fur. He also had fleas... Before I started watching these videos, the thought never entered my mind of the importance of making sure I have somebody to take my 3 little dogs if anything were to ever happen to me & my husband. I'm blessed with a daughter that I know I can trust 100% to take my fur babies into her home if the unthinkable ever happened. The thought of them winding up homeless or in the hands of an abuser is so frightening. It brings me comfort to know that no matter what, they'll be loved & protected by somebody they know, love, & trust.

I completely agree with everything you said!! My parents have lots of pets (3 dogs, 8 cats, 2 alpacas, a horse, 3 mini-horses, a mini-donkey, 3 turkeys, roughly 20 chickens, 2 parakeets, & a finch & I would do anything for my parents & my fur & feather brothers & sisters...my sister, not so much but partially because her hubby's allergic to every animal!! I'm sure if & hopefully the big pets pass away before my parents, that they won't be getting another of that type of animal & will just have chickens (maybe) for fresh eggs, dogs, & a few cats!! They know that when they start to need help, but are NOT going to any kind of retirement home that me my bf of over 10years, our dogs, & cat will either sell or rent out my house & move in w/them to take care of them as their acreage is their pride & joy!! Regarding the situation about having to breakup the dog trio, it saddens me & I can only hope that Ricky & Fred got to stay together &/they all went to loving, caring homes w/other doggy companions!! I wish you & your family, including your furbabies many more great years together!! 💝🐶🐕🐾💞

We found my pup barely weened walking on the road by himself. My stepdaughter kept him in her purse for a week before her Mother brought him in the house and showed him to me. Of course i let him stay for a few days. Tried to give him to water meter reader and at that point I had mixed feelings although he really wanted him and he had kids. I decided to keep him. It was late November in Ohio and cold out. He was on my lap every time I was home. 3 years later and 53 lbs he is still on my lap when ever I am home and my best friend.

Me too:) I worry most about my pet rats because most people don't understand them, so I have a fellow rat lover who would take them:) Someone in my family would take my dog and cats, nobody would ever let them just go free! So sad! Those poor dogs. I hope these guys can stay together, or at least the last 2. Fred seems like he'd be ok. But those other 2 were really bonded. I pray someone sees this and can make room for both:)

+Aino Gustafsson Aww so glad that you got them! Too many people don't realize how wonderful the little guys can be if you put the time into them. Rodents are animals just like any other pet and need time and attention, I don't get why people get pets at all if they don't want to spend time with them! My rats are a lot like tiny dogs, and they LOVE attention! Have fun with your gerbils, it sounds like they will be much happier now:)
