Molasses is a byproduct of refined sugar. It's what makes brown sugar or raw sugar brown. It's very sweet but also has a slight bitterness to it, a bit like a really dark maple syrup.

I disagree. It's not their fault shipping is so high. Their prices are reasonable given their costs and the handcrafted nature of their products.

I don't think they can do that because they're not making profit on the shipping, so they'd be losing money selling the products for cheaper when they aren't getting anything from the cost of shipping. But it would be nice if there were a less expensive shipping option, maybe an "at your own risk" for people who don't mind if the candy is a little crushed! I am planning on getting some of their candy as a Christmas treat if there is some money left over after buying gifts, but sadly due to the cost it can only be a once a year gift to myself. Probably for the best though or I'd buy it all the time!
