Si se usa harina integral agrega 10 gramos más de agua por cada 100 gramos de harina. Y para mejor sabor, agrega al menos una cucharadita de miel por encima del azúcar que ya lleva la receta. Les digo por experiencia. La harina integral tiene un poquito de amargura que solo la miel puede contrarrestar. Buen provecho!

Eu fiz! Utilizei farinha para pizza. Achei por bem colocar alguns ml de água a mais, para ficar na mesma consistência. Também deixei por 30 minutos na 2a fermentação. Dividi a massa em 8 partes e fiz redondos. Cortei todos em cruz. Quando assou, ficou fantástico. Muito parecido com o pão de hamburguer do Madeiro.
