Did you have to buy any extra couplers or anything for the intercooler piping. I bought a kit for 2jz ge and I’m hoping it will all fit I had to clock my turbo the same way yours is in the video so it can bolt on correctly. If I clock it downwards like other people usually do my turbo hits the manifold and won’t sit properly and won’t bolt down please help

Stock internals, BC cams and cam gears. Have not dynoed it still. But 2 years it’s still running strong. Fun weekend car

Just a question here . When drilling the oil pan for the return , how do you make sure no metal fragments are left in the pan after drilling a pan while still on the car ?

Great question! This is something we thought about for a while as well. While drilling, we blew the shavings away while it was still drilling. Once it penetrates through, yes there will be some shavings. Once the fitting is installed we put on the drain hose to the fitting like normal. Then put a funnel on the hose and ran about 5 quarts of bulk oil through it to flush it haha

@@davidg.9446 I would assume dropping the oil pan and then tapping it and cleaning it would be the best way to prevent any metal shavings from getting into the engine.

I don’t think it’s available any more. All budget kits will be sketchy and require a lot of work to make it right. We spent a lot of time off camera making the piping work, didn’t have enough in the kit.

Definitely worth a call to them to see if they can modify the kit to make it come with only what you want.

@@mikesmods Sounds about right. Be prepared, tracking numbers aren't great and it definitely takes the stated business days and then some. That's the one thing that kind of irked me, not getting things super quickly. I'm not known for my patience though lol

How did the car run with the emanage ?

The car runs very well for a piggy back ecu setup. The software takes a bit of a learning curve to figure out but all you need is a laptop and some time/knowledge. The biggest thing was finding a basemap and getting the ignition timing worked out.

Awesome! I’m in northern va but have been wanting to do a nice street na-t setup. Low to mid 300s. I have factory 5 speed so w55 trans. Hence why I’m not looking for anything crazy. What trans was this sportcross running? How much power did it end up making? Looking forward to future videos
