i also have a friend from there, they were finally able to contact me after the storm on Christmas Day and mentioned that it'll be a while until I can contact them again because of phone signal being down mostly. just keep the hope you have to it's maximum 🙏

Some have power, but those with damaged lines are still without. Globe is back, but PLDT isn't.

Just have to look out my window. Going on 8 weeks and still no electricity or wifi. Many of us have bought utility poles, cables, wires and hired electricians. Still no meco. It's pathetic.
