Wow wow wow! Thank you for your beautiful movie. We're going this year and your video got me super excited! Did you always sleep at campsites? In your video it looked like you sometimes just stopped at 'random' places, just somewhere in the nature, to sleep. Is that correct?

Amazing video! I went to Namibia in September 2016 and absolutely loved it. One question: Was it difficult to self drive around Botswana?
@prinsdikzak

Thanks! It was a bit more difficult compared to Namibia: more off-road & sand roads, but nothing extreme

Only thing can be tricky when your car is stuck (so I would say better with >2 people). Other than that, it will be a bit more costly and you cannot divide tasks (cooking, tent, groceries, etc.)! Enjoy!

Michael Putzenlechner thanks! The route you can find in the description of the video: the itinerary is in the correct order. Car with a tent is a must in my opinion, but you have to be a bit adventurous. We had 3.5 weeks, which was enough for the itinerary. Let me know if you have any more questions.
