Wow , loved the video and everything, only thing i didn't like was it took long time to land the trout. I can imagine the adrenaline going on in that moment. I have the same net for wade fishing and id hate to lose a very good fish like that . Im thinking of buying the floating net that comes with a longer handle that they sell at the tackle box shop. Great vid bro

Headed down to South Padre to do some fishing in a few days!! Any tips on which part of South Bay are the best?!?!

So I like to fish near the mangrove shorelines. I’ve had the most luck on the northern side of Southbay but anywhere along the mangrove shoreline can be good. Sometimes the fish are right by the mangroves and sometimes they are staged a little off in the grass. So I like to drift into the mangroves if the wind is right.

Jose Briones never been on a jet ski but I think it could be an effective way to get to spots quickly and either drift fish or wade fish. Maybe trolling offshore if conditions were right. Really cool how many different ways there are to get in the water

Launched at the South Launch Area. Fished “the bar” that’s along the inter coastal. I fished it going south towards those islands. The bar is about 1 mile from shore. You can see it if you look at google maps satellite images
