Afternoon Tea at the Four Seasons - Valentine's Day in Yorkville Toronto

On Valentine's day, we had a lovely afternoon tea at D Bar in the luxurious Four Season's Hotel located in the prestigious Yorkville neighbourhood of Toronto. Before our wonderful afternoon tea, we walk the streets of Yorkville and show you around the area. Then later, we also check out Eataly, Toronto's high end Italian grocer, which is filled with lots of tasty restaurants, cafe's and eateries where of course, we have to try some more food.

Yorkville is a really lovely area to walk around, although the shopping can be crazy expensive haha. Eataly is a fun place to check out and grab a slice of pizza...or of course a cannoli :) Thanks for watching!

My wife and I have watched most of your videos and enjoyed them. We are one day planning a Canadian/Northeast US trip. We plan to enter Canada at Niagra Falls and renter the US at the Maine border. Keep up the videos of Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec City! As a suggestion if you guys plan to travel to the US I suggest coming to Mackinac Island. It is an Island in Lake Huron. It is between Upper and Lower MIchigan. Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario is only about an hour or 85 km away from St. Ignace, Michigan. St. Ignace is one of two places that have ferry service to the island. The island is like stepping back in the late 1800's because there is no cars on the island, except for emergency vehicles. I have seen you guys go to the Grand Railway hotels in Victoria and Quebec City, and I think you would also like to visit the historic hotel on this island as well. It is called the Grand Hotel, and it was built by two American Railroad companies, and a steamship company in 1887. Hope your recovering from the cancer diagnosis. My wife, and I wish and are praying that you recover.

Yorkville is a lovely area, even if my bank account keeps me from visiting very often. Tea at D Bar looked great! Haven't been there in ages, but I seem to recall they have some delicious cocktails.

I lived in Yorkville before moving to Montreal, so this brought back some great memories - even when you walked by Yamato - a Japanese restaurant I used to go to with a friend from the States, because he loved it. Also nice seeing those beautiful homes on Hazelton Lanes,, one of which long-time friends still live. Your Valentine brunch looked fabulous. The D Bar has really changed since I was there last. The one thing I'll never forget about the Four Seasons is the time I 'accidentally' crashed a party for Tom Cruise and his then-girlfriend, Penelope Cruz. Many celebs stay there during TIFF, so it's a great place to go star-gazing for those who are so inclined. Another great video!

We really love being so close to Yorkville, and we usually walk around there most days (except during snowstorms lol). The surrounding streets are so pretty and will look even nicer in the spring when the leaves are on the trees. Our Valentine's Tea was really tasty and we were impressed. Wow - this was a great video! Those lavender eclairs intrigued me - were they good?
