Honest opinion... a lot of Arsenal players are on fat contracts without winning anything major. They keep rewarding them with massive contracts without even winning major trophies. Martinelli already on more than 180k, Saka about 197k, Partey 200k, Haverts about 285k, Jesus 265k. They need to find a way to stop rewarding mediocrity. Tie their deals to performance or something. Arsenal wage bill is significantly higher than Liverpool. The way their talking about Saka & Saliba, i'm sure they are about to reward them with 250k a week without winning anything major; meanwhile players like Virgil is on 220k a week. Luis Diaz is on 50k a week.
