Arteta did a great job making Arsenal competitive and that's proof he can do it again, so I think he should be afforded the opportunity to get this squad in the right direction, BUT, he's also spent A LOT of money and they've gone backwards which has to be a criticism of the past couple of years. Transfer business has been very poor and it's a bit of a joke how reliant they are on set pieces. A damning indictment and I don't know how much time he has left... Big decision for the board this summer because they probably need to back him if he stays, but there's an argument that another manager deserves a chance. @@Cheesybellend I didn’t say that he did. What’s evident is that Liverpool did their research and got in, at the very least a decent manager. Doing a better job with a team that was not even as good as Arsenal last season.
