They cut a whole section out of the video. I played the video at .25 speed and at the very end of 51 seconds I kept stopping and starting that section of the video. I can see just as the dogs disappear you can also see a double image at the back of the guys head. Meaning they must have removed a section of the video were the dogs jumped out of the cart while the guy sat on the ground not moving much.

It's amazing to me how many of these homeowners have incorrectly positioned cams. Your cameras should never be positioned to view neighboring homes. It's such an invasion of privacy. For example driveway cams should be pointed downward a little so just your driveway (not the neighbor's home across the street) is visible.
