so happy to catch up on your videos!! we call #88 cotton candy hair too ! we have such similar taste ! I loved the blue jacket outfit the most! the new dolls are growing on me. My girls love these dolls! Especially 91.. but I wish we could mix and match there outfits.. and maybe I'm showing my age but 90 and 91 look like ed hardy outfits to me. I was not a fan of ed hardy....but I can see them in Courtneys collection !!

#91 Is the first sonali mold and it’s the year I was born so I kind of relate to her haha on that perspective. She’s so gorgeous and definitely will be in the future getting here. Plus, when I get her I am hoping she’ll be the first edition!

They are pretty cute, but I feel like American girl is starting to turn into something more sugar coated and more like Barbie... which when I first started getting into American girl I really liked them because they weren’t as “girly” as most dolls. They had really cool historical dolls and I loved the stories but those are falling out of fashion.

I agree. Even though I love girly things I loved the variety American Girl use to have with the historicals. For example, Kit and Felicity were not girly but Elizabeth and Marie Grace were! There was something for everyone back then.

I completely agree with you both of this! I’m very much 50/50 girly and tomboy and they are mostly girly and right now, I am definitely more into the boy side right now especially for my dolls.

Agree about the JLY/TM outfits, the Blue Moto-Jacket version from last year was the best of them all. My favorite doll is #89, she's so cute.

My favorite doll is the doll with the purple hair. I don’t have a doll like that and she’d be a great friend for Courtney with her curly hair. I don’t like the plastic sneakers. Because, I think that American Girl can use cloth ones, like people wear, though.

The girls collection is called Street Chic I got all four (they made new one in 2022) there names I gave them are Cool in Camo, Madison, Skater Dress, Addison, Girly Graffiti, Devon, thr new one Zebra dress Tyler. Thought naming them after streets made sense.
