You forgot to explain the vaastu of the building architecture. The dimensions of the building as well as its sun and wind relations are not mentioned. Why did Aga Khan chose Italian style instead of Islamic architecture? Why is it facing north instead of East? How many windows and their placement etc. etc.? As per vaastu there are scores of questions to be answered. I think there was no homework before shooting nor any research.
