Sir ji you missed imp point regarding Old Kharadi, connectivity towards upcoming Metro station. Also Old Kharadi has many old factories who will be selling their land to developers who will in return construct high rise.

Jo log bahar se aate hai unko Pune ki ye problems pata nahi hoti water shortage ki. aur building sunder sunder lobby aur amenities location ki chamak zamak ka zansa dekar karodo me property bechte hai badi badi building banake fir lifetime tanker ka pani pio jo pata nahi kahase aata hai.Be careful before buying any property in Pune.Pahele hill view karke extra paise dekar property lete hai fir aaju baju etni building banti hai ki hill view ki jagah building view milta hai.Lake view River view me 6 months jalparni hoti hai aur sal bhar badbu machhar 😢

Can I know how the Complaint number is given by Maha Rera ? What is logic in hiding the year of filing the complaint? it is some 17 digit number. Example-CC 005 then 6 Zeros then another 6 digits In all courts, Tribunals High courts, Supreme court or any direction etc the Case Number / Complaint number is given along with year of filing. Example say Writ petition No- 1234 of 2025. How can I know the year of filing the complaint by looking at these 17 digit case number ???

@Saudaghar What is maximum Grace period from possession date that is allowed as per model agreement for sale. Can Grace period be 18 months from possession date mentioned in Agreement. Builder has mentioned possession date as April 2025 with Grace period of 18 months.

Sir mera Builder pichle 19 month se abhi tak Rera Website pay koe bhi documents update nahi kiya hai jabki sabhi Builder ko harek 3 month pay update karna hai. 7 year se project chal raha hai abhi tak oc nahi aaya hai building ka
