Chandni... suggestion is to stop thinking about pregnancy completely. Keep doing what you are doing.i have had irregular periods all my life, I am also obese.. but I had an absolutely healthy pregnancy within four month of my delayed periods. So in November I missed my periods and there was a delay of 45 days,I was constantly thinking of pregnancy and it was negative always. After I got my periods in December, i started monitoring my ovulation and taking HCG shots (based on doctor suggestion offcourse) and I naturally conceived in April. So please, once you get your periods start your treatment...I am not saying there is a problem but working on it will help..considering you have a history of miscarriage too. You really must focus on fixing it and keep it discrete for Sometime till things are confirmed. Good luck
