Guys just a warning don't do exchanges I think EA realized we were getting too many high ratings and absolutely destroyed rating luck and rigged it so you only get minimum rating I did all 23 TOTS exchanges and 10 packs but got not a single card above the minimum rating of 94.

Probably that's why they are crying for compensation (they be acting like the event itself is good lmao) If they know that they don't have good luck and also fixed the "glitch" then why bother to do the exchanges?
