Jide is merely an APC party journalist, always siding with the Nigerian government rather than the people. His bias is evident, as he appears to be seeking a position within the government. Make education (primary and secondary) free and functional, fix transportation and road, fix water supply, fix electricity, i.e., reduce the cost of all these essential variables for ordinary citizens, and minimum/living wage could then hoover around 80,000-140,000 Naira. But our rulers aka "ruiners" will not do the needful!

The idea of states having their own wages is what should be considered. Why would we have a uniform minimum wage when state allocations are not uniform? Doesn't make any sense.
