When 2Pac is talking about"guess his new friends wanted him dead" He is talking about his old friend/rapper Stretch. Stretch was with 2Pac when he was robbed and shot 5 times. Stretch was a huge dude like 6'8 and 2Pac figured if Stretch jumped the guys robbing him from behind when 2Pac pulled his guns 2Pac would have gotten them. Instead Stretch went right to the floor and 2Pac figured Stretch was in on the robbery. So 2Pac tried to draw his guns anyways and got shot. After that Stretch started hanging out with Biggies crew a lot and a year and a bit later was shot and killed in New York.
