I do like their new stuff, In our Bones and Past Lives both has a pop rock vibe but with that insane devide in a lot of their songs, I mean Voices definitely have an alternate rock vibe to it, while personal has a pop vibe.

I don't know why every time I scroll down the comments it always is about Chrissy. I'm not saying I hate her but I see probably 1 or 2 comments saying even remotely Dan or Will and are usually tagged along with Chrissy as well. They may be musicians but they have an important role as well. A singer with out music is just a random person. Will may not sing in ANY songs but his drumming is far beyond great and Dan sings backup is most songs as well as playing electric guitar to the best of his abilities. The only reason Chrissy is in certain covers withOUT Dan and Will is because she has someone else to play the music for her.Again, I'm not a hater, I just think Dan and Will need to shine a little more.I'm even proud that Chrissy made these accomplishments and Dan and Will have been there along side her. Even Will had the time to play drums in Alex Goot's cover of "Problem". The thing that makes ATC a incredibly good band is the fact that not Chrissy is doing work, but that all three of them combine their efforts to create what you here now.

Sometimes I cant help but jump around my room singing Against The Current songs because (this is gonna be hella cheesy but whatever) this band is what got me and my friend hooked on the idea of being musicians, yes we both there is like a 1 in 10 billion chance of making it in the music industry, but Chrissy and the guys they got us hooked. 🙋 I just came across this band called ((against the current)) by accidentally on Pandora y'all know that radio station or whatever you want to call it right. so anyway Never heard of them or never knew that they existed until now. And I just got to say is.I am like so totally Blown Away + I am actually loving what I'm hearing buy them. Against the current is a pretty cool & amazingly awesome + wonderful non Christian band. Not only that but the song & the music video right here I am like totally digging it and loving it. I guess you can say I'm a fan of against the current now like totally for real. Found about this band through their new record label. They have a very good sound to them. A little pop influence in there mixing in with the rock elements. You also have a problem that they are using technology...my guy, all music uses technology, whether to be mixed, electronic drums, synths, the list goes on. Dubstep artists are just using unorthodox equipment to make unorthodox music. My point is, just because you don't like the music does not mean it isn't art. I also have a sneaking suspicion that you really haven't listened to a lot, or if you have, its been more along the lines of remixes. I'm going to link a song by Teminite, if you watch it and still consider dubstep to not be an art, then I guess nothing is going to change your mind.
