Noida will crash if government does not get good companies. Gurgaon appreciation happened much later after big corporates moved there. Noida appreciation is just hype and builders making money. Pls be careful. I have invested heavily in noida in last 4 years but dealers are not able to sell at ongoing rates or even at discount. Big blow likely
