My English and my abstract writing skills are horrible, but I'll try. This music has a very special place in my heart. I just wanted to put it here. We used to listen to this a lot, when we were playing Fallout RPG with the boys. Then when I played Fallout New Vegas' Lonesome Road DLC, I listened this for the entire game. I don't know if you know, but Lonesome Road has a very different atmosphere. Some of the machinery still works, some ancient-but-superb tech is there, but although all these crazy-tech stuff is there, its totally empty and overrun by beasts. When you walk in such a place, use that technology, knowing that you are probably going to be the last guy to take that elevator, use that terminal etc., it really feels like you are making it through a technological ruin, and this is totally a one-direction journey, because any part you pass basically collapses behind you due to being old etc. Fallout has this vibe where things work so you feel somewhat convenience, but it feels bizarre and alien because it is literally a ruined world. Don't know why, but it felt very much like that these days, real life. I feel like I am walking alone through a collapsing technological hell, where I know I will be using these tools for a last few more times, before the Forest burns into ashes totally, leaving nothing but ruins behind. I stopped thinking about other people, whether they realize that the forest is burning or not, I dont care. Wherever I look, I see people spitting hatred on each other. More the fire grows, more it consumes. Now, even the young seedlings that are supposed to be all fresh and full of water, they are burning too. Everything is burning. More people spit hatred, corrupt the land, oppress the weak and delve in wickedness, fueling the fire that is burning EVERYONE and not just themselves. I just shut my brain off, got me my rocket launcer, play this song, and walk through the fires and ashes. My heart is full of hope and joy, knowing that I will make it to the plains. The forest screams 'The God of Man is a failure' maybe, but I know that is not the case. My heart is neither cheerful nor gloomy. It just beats with hope, knowing what it has to beat for. My God will lead me out of this fire. I know that.
