Oh my goodness! The feeling when I recognize my own toy in 8:46 but in much larger form! I have the robot Mechanical Raptor /Rex in much more larger form that I got probably almost 6 - 8 years ago during one Christmas. Also it still works but the batteries might be needing some changing. It could walk around turn and wave it's tail and head and roar. Depending on what order you put the batteries in they would go either aggressive or passive towards the person next to /near them. It was so cool when I got it because that was a first robot that I saw reacting to people around them. AH Nostalgic feelings!

Spinosaurus Rex They are detailed but a shame their mouth doesn't move. As a kid my favorite dino toys were the ones whose mouth could be opened and closed because I made clay dinos as prey and used to kill them with carnivorous dino toys. It was a pain to clean the teeth later though. But I liked to bite and claw clay dinos so the battle injures would be detailed.

Watching this makes me regret getting rid of all the dinosaur toys from my childhood. I am trying to find which brands they came from and what they looked like, but my memory is vague. I remember a green or grey Tyrannosaurus figure, and I think it was in the outdated kangaroo posture. Another one was a sauropod figure I never really specified, possibly apatosaurus. I had many others, but again, I cannot name them or recall much of their appearance.

Its kinda crazy to see what a difference 10-12 years made in the types of toys people grew up with. Beaver had The Lost World and all these super cheap and inaccurate figures, while I grew up with Papo and JP 2k9. Even now Im impressed at how much better modern dinosaur toys are, ignoring the little hiccup in progress that was Hasbro's Jurassic World line.
