First of all we will check the casual response of the person,if there is no response we will check his/her ,Circulation,Airway,Breathing, If pulse is there we will not start CPR, We turn casualty in a recovery position and call for medical help, And in other scenarios if pulse respiration is not viable then we start CPR 30:02 Ratio for adult .If you are agree with my comment then please reply
