Ingredients -
2 tbsp Ghee
1 inches Cinnamon Stick/Dalchini
3 Cloves/Lavang
1 Green Cardamom/Hari Elaichi
½ tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
2 tbsp Peanuts/Moongfali
7-8 Curry Leaves/Kadi Patta
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds/Methi Dana
½ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
1 Onion/Pyaj
100 grams Cabbage/Patta Gobhi
1 Small Size Carrot/Gajar
1 Small Size Cucumber/Khira Kakdi
1 Tomato/Tamatar
½ tsp Turmeric Powder/Haldi Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder/Dhaniya Jeera Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder/Lal Mirch Powder
1 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste/Adrakh Hari Mirch Ka Paste
1 Cup Soaked Toor Dal/Arhar Ki Dal
½ Cup Soaked Basmati Rice/Chawal
200 grams Fresh Curd/Dahi
As per taste Salt/Namak
½ tsp Garam Masala
2½ Cup Water
1 Cup Boiled Hot Water
½ tsp Pickle Masala/Achar Masala
Garnish it with Chopped Coriander Leaves/Hara Dhaniya
Serve it hot
