महाराष्ट्र-मेरे पहचान में एक esi कर्मचारी ने बताया की उसके रिश्तेदार यहाँ से रिटायर हो गये , बिना कुछ काम किये।इसीलिए उसने भी manage कर के यहाँ पर नौकरी पा ली है। कम काम,अच्छा वेतन। ESI का सोशल ओडिट होना चाहीए। सरकार जितना खर्च कर रही है उतनी सेवाऐं/outcome नहीं है। ESI में HR, infrastructure ,other resources का wastage हो रहा है। Esi dispensary ,hospitals का healthcare data analysis होना जरुरी है।

Benefit नहीं मिल रहा है। सर मैं एक स्कूल में accountant के तौर पे काम कर रहा हूं। हमारे स्कूल में पहले esi implement नहीं था। लेकिन पिछले 2 साल से esi applicable है। हमें हमारे हेड ऑफिस से ये instructions है कि अगर कोई employee esi में covered है तो वो अपनी मेडिकल leave esi department से claim करेगा। हमारा स्कूल एक रूरल एरिया में स्थित है। Employees जब बीमार होते है तो उनको esi hospital jana practically मुश्किल होता है। अगर वो वहां चले भी जाते है लंबी queues देख कर वापिस आ जाते है। और इसी में उनका सैलरी का नुकसान हो जाता है। इसके बारे में अगर आपसे बात हो पाए तो काफी helpful होगा। You are seriously a hope to the employees freternity. मुझे खुद को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता क्योंकि me being from the non teaching staff, मेरे पास earned leaves ke रूप में एक Benefit hai। लेकिन आपकी videos देख कर एक मोटिवेशन आती है के अकाउंटेंट होते हुए अगर हम अपने collegues के बारे में नहीं सोचेंगे तो कौन सोचेगा। कृपया इसके बारे में कुछ हेल्प कीजिए।

Challenge with retrenchment or job loss is that majority of companies ask people to tender in resignation on their own . This had happened with me as well last year as part of cost cutting exercise from a well known listed company. Needless to say that in that particular case , I became unemployed on paper due to my "own" choice (doesn't matter if it was a forced one or not) . Thus unemployment benefit are not applicable under RGSKY are not applicable for me. This is the harsh reality which may have happened with many of subscribers
