The plastic changes color because it is worn out by food particles hitting the surface at fast rate. It also means small food particles entering our food. Better to go for mixer having metal jars

1. I am using this amzn.to/43XekOL around 1 year. Still working without any issue. 2. This one gives better consistency, but the quantity should be atleast 1/3rd portion of the jar. 3. You can make peanut and almond butter but This one has auto cut off feature, so it wont run continuously, after 2 minutes it will turn off to cool the motor. I would suggest this one for all your above needs amzn.to/44nzQMn 4. Its tritan jars, company says it will not break, but if it falls from height with weight, surely it will break, not only this brand but for all other.. I dont think we can get replacement..

Yes, its powerful motor gives good grinding.. few ingredients sticking on the surface and it's not grinding, this is usual in all the mixies.. I will recommend, but also check others reviews also..

I haven't used sujata mixer grinder, but this 2000w agaro blender makes perfect smoothie and it blends well..
