I am a hobbyist jewelry maker and I have always liked working with interesting jaspers and agates and other semiprecious stones. And one day KZbin stuck one of your videos in my recommendations and I watched it, and have since watched several others. Your enthusiasm is infectious, and makes me want to start rockhounding now! My favorite piece(s) in this video would be a three way tie between the green jasper, the super red one, and the agate with the crystal pocket on the bottom. All are great, and glad you share your finds and your joy with us. Thanks!

I waited all my life to get to Montana. Finally made the trip and was so excited to get to the Yellowstone. The water was so high I couldn't get to anything. Being new to Montana, I didn't know where else to go. I will just have to be happy watching all my favorite rockhounders find all these beautiful rocks. Can't help but be a little sad, I miss Montana!!!!

Im so sorry! Unfortunately in montana the best time for vacations just so hapoens to also overlap with the worst time to hunt the rivers😞 water levels dont go back to nornal until august generally speaking, and our weather is so unpredictable that fall and spring trips may have you rained or snowed out the whole trip😞 i hooe you can make it back when the river is at a more friendly level!
