@@meatduck-ki3do Writers want you to like a character who is a genuine piece of shit without any justification while a show like Penguin makes the character sympathetic while constantly making him do things, reminding you why he's the villian. Difference is that the writers want you to still like Agatha at the end of the day. The difference in writing and acting quality is clear and worlds apart in quality. Sofia Falcone is what Agatha wishes she was.

This show is 100% for me!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE WITCHES AND HALLOWEEN SPOOKY VIBE STUFF! I love the cast! And I love the MCU (though I haven’t in awhile 😢) and WandaVision! So this show I hope can at least deliver some witchy fun, some awesome campy funny and dramatic acting, would love if they truly leaned into the horror, and some sort of hint of Wanda coming back. Also the supernatural mystical side of Marvel has always been the thing I’ve been the most interested in along with the mutants. So I hope that this show succeeds so they can lean harder into the supernatural stuff from the comics like Mephisto, Ghost Rider, Blade, Satana, etc. Also people are already hating on this show saying “the worst show ever made” etc all because there is gay character and it’s all older women. I think it is so ridiculous and super annoying. Quite predictable. My only thing is though I hope that these neck beards don’t ruin this for those who are having fun with it by scaring Marvel away from ever taking a risk like this again as far as witchy, supernatural, and horror stuff goes.
