But yeah, it originally having been a cauldron of ale would be more consistent and make more sense, as witch-hunts were looking for convenient scapegoats for communal or personal misfortunes (like a drunkard cheating on his wife or stumbling to his demise on his way home) and/or aiming to cut down successful women in particular (with brewster having been one of the prime ways for women to earn a good amount of money), plus the fact that alewives were signaling with a broom sticking out of their house that they had fresh ale for sale, which feels too peculiar an overlap in iconography to be coincidental.

This just confirms to me that the Darkhold is tied to Teen. He wore a belt in the first two episodes with the Darkhold symbols on it. So yeah, I think you’re right that Agatha’s child found a portal through Teen into the real world. Question, who had the Darkhold before? Mephisto or someone else? Only that person could’ve made the deal with Agatha. Given Teen nearly died it does seem to point to Mephisto who made the deal with Agatha…. I do reckon one character dying in each episode moving forward. That’s why Teen and Agatha are in an asylum together in the trailer, sole survivors.

I think that Wanda saved Teen from the car crash and some part of Wanda's son, Billy, got transferred into Teen. Teen has put a sigil on himself so Agatha does not know who he truly is. I also think that he might be trying to revive Wanda. Hence the taboo of his name.
