After episode 5, that’s not impossible… Lillia probably knows more than she says, for example there was two times where she acted out, once saying in episode 4 “Alice, dont” Then another time (while Agatha is inspecting Jen’s skincare product on episode 3) she acted out again saying “try to save Agatha!” “Alice, don’t try to save Agatha.” … makes sense after episode 5 doesnt it?
