Teen is Billy Kaplan AKA Wiccan, the reincarnated son of the Scarlet Witch (Basically his soul continued to exist after the hex went down and the theory is he took over a dying boys body so he could survive). He was mind-controlling Lilia and Jen. Yes, Agatha was trying to provoke him but she forgot she was messing with a Maximoff. In the comics- Billy is considered one of the most power characters in the universe, if not THE MOST powerful.

Thanks for the comment, mamabeth834. I have been thinking for awhile that Teen is going to end up being quite powerful. After watching the show a second time I did notice Lilia and Jen's eyes were the same color as Teen's magic. I'm looking forward to seeing how this show ends and I'm hoping Wanda makes an appearance somehow.Thanks for watching!

Teen is controlling Lilia and Jennifer with their minds, it is one of the earliest abilities Wanda showed. When she controls someone's mind, their eyes reflect the color of her magical energy. Just like the scene in WandaVision episode 5, where she controlled the armed soldiers of SWORD. She made them point their guns at Hayward. It is the same case with Teen, or should i say, Billy. His headpiece is a tribute to Wanda, since she wears the same one. But in the comics, it's more of a headband than a headpiece. Also, if you noticed, Teen's hands are emitting magical energy in the form of electrical sparks. This is probably a tribute to his first ability that he manifested, which is Electrokinesis. Based on what i've read from the comic books he is in and as far as my knowledge of the comics goes, he's the most powerful member of Young Avengers. Almost all of his powers are the same as her mother's, since Wanda created him and and his twin brother Tommy based off of her and Pietro. And it was said that any child born to a Nexus Being will be powerful to stand among the Great Forces of the universe and rock the cosmos itself. Wanda is the very Nexus of Earth-616 (Marvel's Mainstream Universe). Billy is destined to become the Demiurge. And also, to add, in the latest Scarlet Witch comic series, Wanda is being set up to become the Ultimate Nexus - a hypothetical role of a Nexus being that is said to be able to influence All realities and become the recipient of All the Nexus-powers in the Multiverse. In short, she will become a Nexus being for the Multiverse.
