@@karlpomare6774 Agatha was basically trying to do what Wanda ended up doing, I'm Guessing That when Agatha did the witches road previously it showed her the way to get her son back by getting Wanda's power and be able to travel the Multi-verse to find another version of him, but of course it backed fired on her, I'm thinking the reason she let Teen (Billy) come along is she figured out who he was and that he wanted to travel the road to get Wanda back then Agatha could have another chance of getting her power to travel the Multiverse, it's a out there guess and could be way off, but I like the idea.

THE REVEAL WAS FUCKING EVERYTHING! The blue crown, instead of a headband like the comics, was a BRILLIANT costume design decision by Marvel! His mind control abilities, just like Mother, with the same emotion, energy and swagger?! PERFECT! I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE REST OF THE EPISODES!

Yes. They still go for like headband look like only framing his face and all. (And I assume it also covers the back of his head like in the comic version).But they still make it as closer to Wanda's design as possible adding more intricate designs like carvings on it instead of just plain silver band.

He might’ve just figured it out, which lifted the sigil! When a witch casts one, they can’t remember doing it, and they expire once they’re no longer useful. The sigil knew that Agatha had figured out who he was, so it was no longer necessary to hide him.

I've been thinking the same thing since episode 2 or 3 as well. Agatha saying the witch who casts it potentially forgets they cast it and that it's a bit of a "rookie" spell kinda makes me believe that theory ngl. I can buy a new, powerful witch casting a spell like that to protect their identity. My only thing is how did she figure out who he is.

NEVER FORGET, like his Mother, Wiccan is a prophecized, omnipotent magical being, also immortalized with a stone statue on Mt. Wundagore in MoM, just like the Scarlet Witch. We found out what happened to Billy in Episode 2. Teen was in a serious car accident 3 years ago, same time as the Hex. I'm pretty sure Billy Kaplan and Tommy Shepherd died in that car accident and Wanda's twins took the bodies.

Weird theory for Agatha. Involves comic stuff and could be a spoiler in the (extremely unlikely) event that I’m right, so DO NOT click “read more” if you’re worried about potential spoilers. ….nesting…. ….nesting…. …ok. What if the “truth [that’s] too terrible” that the trailer scene talked about is that the darkhold wasn’t the first corrupting influence on Agatha’s life? What if she was marked from birth by the Demiurge (which is why Evanora said the heinous stuff she said this ep) and the power draining is really the Demiurge, not Agatha? Or at least, she’s kind of a willing passenger for that, until this time with Alice? That might explain why Aubrey Plaza’s character (we know who it is, but it’s still a major confirmed spoiler so I’m not putting it here) is so taken with Agatha? Because there have been a lot of insane, evil mass murderers in history. I mean…Hitler, Stalin, Mao, every serial killer to ever get a Netflix true crime doc about them, etc. Why Agatha? So, what if we either have: 1. The demiurge selected Agatha from birth and has been acting through her all these years but will see Billy as a new potential host and jump to him at the end of this series, or 2. The original demiurge is who’s possessed Agatha all these years, and the demiurge-to-come is who’s possessed Billy (just like the comics) and this the demiurge-to-come’s big coming out party I’m thinking that it’s seemed like we have two different Agathas in this show, and it was thrown into particularly sharp contrast at the end of this ep when she went from horrified and scared about what happened with Alice to cold and sneering (“are you sure?” and “you’re just like your mother”) on a dime in that last scene. Okay, theorycrafting time over for me for now.

Even though I read many theories about Teen being Billy, I still enjoyed the reveal of his character. It was dark and amazing. And powerful! So glad to see the legacy of Wanda! Agatha disappointed in this ep: I was sad that she killed Alice and was completely ok with it after the trial. Anyway, looking forward to this beautiful show!

I don't think she *was* completely okay with it. And I'm not entirely convinced she did it on purpose. Her reaction seemed horrified and shaken -- even when she ran ahead and no one was looking. It wasn't until Billy refused to believe her and kept insisting she was evil that she switched to being villainous again. I'm fairly convinced she *couldn't* control it, but she's had centuries of people refusing to believe she's anything other than evil -- her own mom literally said "you were born evil and I should have killed you as a baby" -- so she's internalized it. If everyone will assume you're evil no matter what you say or do, then might as well play the role they gave you, right?

The way Rio finds physically hurting Agatha fun but has always been gentle and protective of her when something/someone threatens Agatha’s mental and emotional state. Cause she can heal physical wounds but not emotional ones. 😢 Also the little moment of heart break showing on Agatha’s face when she realized that Teen sees like like how her mom, old coven and every one else sees her instead of trying to undersrand her before flicking to her usual ‘fine, I’m the villain’ facade because nothing she could do would change their mind is my 13th reason

I get that in a way this *was* punishing Agatha, but it feels much more nuanced than the others. Also, more Alice interactions would’ve been great to feel her death’s impact/why her being the first one to gain powers that would protect the whole group and losing that immediately was so devastating for the whole

This show is great!! I keep forgetting that Agatha isn't a good person. 😂 She only really cares about herself and a bit about her son, I guess, but mostly about herself and getting her powers back. I'm upset about losing Alice soo soon after her being freed of the curse. 💔 She did what a protection witch was supposed to do... 😢 Perhaps Agatha can't control how much power she absorbs from other witches. 🤷‍♀️ But I think she got addicted to the feeling of powers flowing through her and didn't want to stop. Teen and Alice bonded very fast in the last 3 episodes and I think he really cared about her while the others didn't. Of course he was emotional and blames Agatha for Alice's death. He was also upset with the other witches because they didn't seem to care either. Let's go, Wiccan! ✨️ Rio stayed back and took care of Alice's body since she's DEATH and a green witch and earth, digging graves/taking care of dead bodies is her thing.

My theory for the ending of the episode is that one of the Salem Seven found Billy's spell book and is using that as a sort of totem and is using a spell to control him. The crown was an inadvertent side effect of waking Billy's powers

On the episode release discussion, Legend of Vox Machina drops three at a time over the course of four weeks. They are structured so that there is like there’s a season arch and then the three episodes have an internal arch that ends on a cliff hanger. It works really well

I think Lilia's non-sequitur moments are leading up to her trial being an effort to reach back in time and change the outcome of their journey. We know from the trailers that Jenn will emerge from the ground in Westview, so maybe getting swallowed by the quicksand off the road is actually a safe exit and they should have just let Sharon go through when they first arrived. "Don't do it, Alice" and "We have to save Agatha" are pretty self-explanatory. Next week will probably be a Billy-focused episode explaining his backstory with the Kaplan family and revisiting Agatha's time in Westview from his perspective, then Lilia's trial will be the week after that, and the two-part finale for Halloween.

I am currently in the middle of watching the legend of Vox Machina on prime and what they are doing is they are dropping three episodes every week. I watched the first three episodes which was great. It was a great set up and now I’m going to catch up on the next three if the feel of the set up feels good to me. I will probably make several comments on it. I never realized how much of a pain deciding how to drop your shows are in order to get the best effect for us as an audience.

Mrs. Hart needed a second dose of potion, they failed - they all let go of the Ouiji, which started this off, btu really - couldve stayed by the Ouiji, say his name, and Agatha would've been able to stop before Alice died.

Omg watching your reaction I just got a theory: The witches road doesn’t GRANT you the wish, it helps you achieve it. Alice found the truth of her mom and therefore her trip on the road ends Mrs Hart just wanted to leave and hence, dead Agatha has gotten (some) powers and “Teen” has awakened his powers The final 2 will probably get their wishes through some way throughout the road, not at the end

Streaming has REALLY RUINED people’s mind, right? What happened to ACTUALLY enjoying TV weekly episodes? Im personally loving waiting for a week for a new episode. And in real life, a show needs word to mouth. Word to mouth is what is hyping this show on social media, which is what Marvel needs tbh, people need to say the shows are getting better after flopping all last year. No, we don’t need ALL episodes in one week. Completely agree with Agustin. Dude gets it, tho.

I agree with Hector that Rio might be Death, because she's the only one "enjoying the show" and not scared of anything that's been happening. Also, the real "villain" of this series is Teen (now confirmed to be Wiccan/Billy), like in Multiverse Of Madness...this time it will be World Of Wrath lol (with a "W")
