When they were talking about Billy and the Scarlet witch, Rio said “ You walk the road with another woman’s son”. Also, on the final trial when Agatha opens up her locket with Nicholas’ hair in it, it, she opens up a dandelion seeds. Dandelions breed asexually ( from scratch) so Rio is the baby daddy.

There's an interview that Backstory Magazine did with Jac Schaeffer (still on KZbin) that may be of interest to your theory. 😉The question for me now is if they (Jac and her team of writers) still feel that way by the time they get to do another Agatha story, and that's always tricky with production schedules and the Marvel machinery at play.
