I loved this game. It was, oddly, my introduction to Agatha Christie because I played it before reading the book. Thank you so much for posting so many of my childhood favorites!

My grandmother is called Agatha and my mom loved her books, so that’s why I’m called Agatha. And I played these games but this was the first one, and after that I read the book and was hooked! I knew the ending but it was amazing. I went to Berlin with the train, and didn’t see anything of the city because I was hooked, it’s a great story and I just read it again. And thought maybe the game is on KZbin to watch. So thank you for uploading 😊

I love this game as much as I love its music. It has that British coziness on an island. The rain also makes it even more magical, it envelops you along with the score, which has a beautiful minimalistic sound influenced by Michael Nyman. The composer’s name is Scott Nixon.

This was the first pic game I ever played. I’ve watched and rewatched a couple of plays of it. And I still cannot make sense of the layout of this house

The manual had a map of both floor that actually showed the layout perfectly

Wowzers, this really was a fantastic game; the music, voice acting, and ambiance were all spectacular.

SPOILERS I gotta say tho, even if the judge was my prime suspect from the beginning, i prefer the game plot over the book. Somehow Ms Brent feels like a great Villain to me and it makes a lot of sense how she did everything.

i agree also i thought the book ending was depressing and i prefer the extra person (narracot) being here solving things

I like the alternative ending for entertainment sake, but am also glad they added the original ending too, because it would be a shame for people unfamiliar with the story to not know how the book was supposed to end. The horror of the original was so good because it was the judge the whole time-- this was one of the very first "saw moments" in murder mystery literature.

First game I played on the wii. It’s so creepy and fits the atmosphere of the book extremely well

The original title of this book was ‘Ten Little N***ers.’ It was changed for obvious reasons to ‘Ten Little Indians.’ For the same reason, this was changed to what it is now. Amazingly, in a second hand bookshop I found a copy with the original title for 5 dollars. Don’t know how rare it is, but wouldn’t expect to find it in this day and age!

It was never called by its original name in the US. the first publication used the modern name, but for a time, the other name you mentioned was used

I have one more question. How did you get back the knitted silk back to build a parachute?

Hmm, I'm afraid I don't remember it.

Chapter 7 How did this scenario unfold? Did Wargrave and Armstrong go outside to meet like in the book and the killer snuck up on them? It is literally impossible for the killer to throw Armstrong into the sea, bop off Wargrave, and then drag him back to the house and into the theater without drawing attention to what was happening, and then somehow get back to their room without anyone seeing. Ninja movie magic or teleportation are the only explanations.

I assume she killed Wargrave in the screening room (IDK know why he'd be there, guess it was just a convenient hiding place?) then ran out to kill Armstrong, who was waiting for Wargrave.

I was wondering that too while rewatching this. Didn't make a lot of sense when compared to the book.
