Good analysis and review, however, really need to stop looking at some things in the story from a 21st century, American-centric view. E.g. Snapdragon game and the way the murdered children's mother reacted to their deaths. This episode was good.

Most of the garden is fake. Especially obvious when the murderer brushes his hand over it. That is why it is so perfect.
