What a joy to listen to Mr. Suchet - this is what voice-acting should be ! He, and the wonderfull Mr. Frazer, could read anything to me ! 🙏🏼❤️🖖🏽

Who reads the Christie stories is not as important as the stories themselves. After all, writing the books is more important than the narration.Though a good narration enhances the story.

and presumably why it was shelved as the second gong 1932, dead mans mirror 1935 are the same story. dogs ball written around 1933 dumb witness 1937

Strange but true. Suchet plays Poirot well, but Hastings badly. Fraser does both equally well....

I'm afraid David Suchet's Poirot voice has become a parody of a French / Belgian accent. John Moffat is far superior..
