I have one and it completely changed the way my cakes look on the inside and obviously they are now always perfectly level on the outside after layering. Saves me sooo much time. I line all my cakes up on my counter top and it cuts them all at once very effortlessly. Expensive yes but it’s saved me so much time and hassle. I’ve had mine for almost 3 years and it still slices through my cakes like a dream😁.

Have so wanted one of these for as long as I can remember! And I drool over them when I see them at the shows ,however I am just a hobby baker and cannot justify its like the airbrush booth another costly item it's going to be a toss up between the two I think at some point in the future ,I set myself a target of if I get a gold at cake international I can purchase one of them! Do you have an airbrush booth? Please keep the fab tutorials coming x
