Was so happy when this got localized. Now to download it on all the platforms I own. It's nice to see sega listening to the fans of the series, since it was gone for 10 years in the west until PPT came out. Glad to see there are people out there who enjoy puyo puyo as much as I do. Good stuff!

Wumbo did not attend AGDQ 2019. This was a side tournament at that event.

This tournament was hosted at Awesome Games Done Quick 2019 in one of the side rooms. AGDQ 2019 is a speedrun charity marathon that has additional for stuff like this. Most Puyo tournaments in the US happen at larger gaming events off to the side. Hard to really say beyond that, as they're fairly rare unfortunately.
