It's not the age gap that bothers me. It's when it turns into parenting rather than a partnership that creeps me out. The way Pat is ordering him about and speaking for him gives me a weird vibe. Especially when she mentioned he'd never had experience. It sounded like she was kind of mocking him and I know she's had a few hubby's but to not even remember their names?! That's just hurrendous James just reminds me of a guy that never grew out of his "15 year old gamer" phase and he just needs someone to aid that.

My partner is 19 years younger than I am. I met him when he was 29 and I was 48. We’ve been together now 6 years. I’m 54 and he’s 35. I was very nervous meeting his parents because they’re just 12 years older than I am but we get along really well together and they don’t mind. They said I’m the first woman he’s dated that has her own money, doesn’t require his attention 24/7, doesn’t get jealous and we have no drama. I get him to try new things and he keeps me young. But I must say, I’m Asian and look 38 so people can’t tell we have an age gap. We run 6 miles a day and spend 2 hours at the gym 6 days a week. We go hiking, climbing, camping, hunting, skiing, golfing, dancing… we have a full and happy life. I used to worry about what people thought. Now I I don’t care. ❤

17 is legal in the UK, and the relationship is standing the test of time. Also, a female is usually an adult by 18, so, not a big difference. I'm from Europe and dated a 39-year-old when i was 17. For eg, James put enormous effort into his proposal because Yet Wha means so much to him. He talks in terms of how much she’s bettered him as a man & you can see he truly admires & appreciates her. Age isn’t the issue, true respect, friendship & commitment are & are critical to a couple’s success. I have a 31 year old special needs son he's mentally disabled but you can't tell just by looking at him. Mark reminds me exactly of my son. He even does the same thing with his tongue when he focuses on something. I guess the good thing about Pat and Mark is Mark can't get her pregnant. She's not after his money she's just wanting companionship I think. And his mother I'm sure is not happy she feels like an old lady is taking advantage of her special needs son. But really he has someone to take care of him to show him things to make sure he eats and bathes and all of that good stuff she's taking care of Mark. So Mark's mom can relax I know it's easier said than done. I have never liked a single girlfriend that my son has had. And that's just because with his cognitive disabilities he just doesn't know any better thats all. So I try to stay out of the way when it comes to his girlfriends but sometimes it's absolutely impossible and I have to speak up when they're just way way out there with their behavior or what they're saying I hope Mark and Pat Atlanta's last for a while I think it's good that they both have someone to keep them company and help each other. I don't think it's love I don't think Mark even knows what that means really. And after 8:00 marriages I don't think Pat does either but as long as they're not mean to each other or hurt each other then it's really not hurting anyone

I was always accused of being a gold digger from others but he wasn't wealthy at all. It didn't last, but the breakup had nothing to do with the age gap. I think it may seem unusual but you can't predict who you will love and sometimes that love can be met with hostility by people committed to societal norms.

Love comes in all shapes and sizes and ages. As long as both are adults, then it is nobody’s business but theirs. Why do people think they have any business judging who someone loves? As my grandmother used to say, mind your own business and hush. ❤
@yellowbird541110 ай бұрын
We come to this earth at different times. We are ageless spirits, and it is only the body that ages. So if we meet someone of any age that we truly love, the body is not a consideration if both parties want whatever time they can have together. They know they both won't grow old together, and that the younger one may turn into a caregiver or leave if it gets to be too much. They know what can happen. So they are happy right now, and right now is all anyone has anyway. When we go back where we came from, time doesn't matter.

The cattle herding couple...that girl couldn't be more young and immature just based on her covnvo flow. He's old and severyly obese obvi taking advantage of that sitch. And hate to point this out but they are probably transporting cows for industrial farming and processing...this is a U.K. series but in the USA esp. up midwest north is where tons of industrial farms and plants are its effing terrible and gross, I've seen many on roadtrips tucked qlong back roads and esp. Near amish towns- so many documentaries on that too. Those poor cows were just probably scared being yelled at and shuttled into unfamiliar boxed in truck that isnt grass. Then having to stand up in that metal crammed for hours. Its a gross industry that I'll never supoort and what led me to be pescetarian😢

This got me all upset, too. She was clearly underage when they got together and those poor cows. You know they're all going to slaughter houses. Also how they hit them with the prods. I used to live in the Midwest and I would see those trucks all the time. They're so upsetting.

When I was growing up my mother always told me to marry a man who was younger. She said that, because generally women live longer than men. I am not sure if I was influenced by her or not, but I have always liked younger men. I have noticed over the years, that alot of older men are grumpy. (not all, but alot of them are)

Mark is a lot like my friends brother who is mentally not all the way up to his age … he was not born that way, blood was in his diaper mom rushed him to the hospital trusting that they was going to treat him accordingly, apparently they dehydrated the baby meaning not giving him fluids 3 days causing brain damage , parents sued the hospital and was granted a large sim but doesn’t even make up the damage that was done :( no amount can :( in any case he is now 44 and looks and talks exactly like mark but keoni had more “ fun side” to him meaning he laughed a lot a bit more playful but over all this guy reminds me a lot of him… ppl may think this woman is taking advantage, maybe she is in a way but honestly he wouldn’t be there with her if he didn’t want her.. he is an adult I would be lie hmmmm no if he was18 but 28 it’s whatever

I really liked yetwah ( spelling) and her "toy boy" as a couple until he did that non proposal proposal on her which was absolutely lousy. Asking someone to marry you out of the blue in front of their family and friends isn't a proposal at all it's emotional black mail. They can't say no without putting everyone involved through enormous embarrassment so it's about as far from a genuine gesture as I could imagine. Either he's really too thick to understanding that in which case she's best out of it or he absolutely saw that and that's why he did it - in which she's also best out of it.

It's because being under age is so frowned upon in the US. I saw a lovely couple on a European talk show (much classier than this one). She was 17 and he 51 when they started dating, and they weren't ashamed about it. I think they had been together for 15 years by then. A 17-year-old female is not a child.

I have seen many people in these successful love stories.. When I find love with a woman, I take care of her, I respect the privacy of life with her, I am jealous. Very much for her. What I mean is love is a blessing that I must take care of. Maybe one day I will find this quickly. Greetings to all of you from an Egyptian young man. I wish you peace, people in the world.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
