David Ross i know, the ai focus in seek only buildings, the aoe3 devs probably did it on purpose, because if the ai ignore walls broken and buildings and focus on hunt villagers and stop attack building to chase and kill military units even and moderate mode the matchs would be extremely hard for a normal player on the campaign modes. the expert mode seems the hard mode ai with 30% handicap by default

Is even funnier with Aztecs + town dance + all building upgrade cards in the expansions. Admittedly I've never tried placing the walls in tiny segments like this but I did do layers upon layers upon layers of useless walls that the AI loves to attack. Best I've managed without wall abuse is 4 AIs on expert and 7 AIs on hard.

That's really great to hear haha! Funny to think how these videos are having an influence on somebodies routine. Though sadly I haven't got anything ready for today either. Tonight after work is now the plan to get something ready for tomorrow, I'll edit up Aizamk's most recent stream I think and then we'll get back into a routine. Sadly though I'm planning to dial back the releases to 1 video every 48 hours though (over January and maybe into Feb) since this is going to be a very busy month in real life for me and I find KZbin consuming way to much of my time

Sure, thanks for the mental preparation! Of course real life takes precedence. These videos are really enjoyable though - of course there will always be some I like less, but that doesn't matter - and one every two days is enough to keep me happy. I'm a treaty player myself (but love watching sup players! result is I have massive meta knowledge about sup but can't/don't play it.) and I noticed you've done some treaty videos before. Maybe get some more? Long videos, rather easy. Should be a good idea for if you need something while you have less time, because the thumbnail and all that in addition to just finding good videos is quite hard. Heck if you want I could even record some fun games myself, PR24-26 (fluctuates a lot as I'm currently fighting a lot of 2150elo people, which in treaty is about as high as you can get). Good luck IRL!

He actually found a bug that Expert AI don't defense their beings. Instead of that they prefer to waste their time to destroy the wals. But the only thing that I didn't understand is how expert AI didn't use howitzarts to destroy the goddamn walls.

Well, i often play with friends on carribean. If you go to the trade post island, or an island on any water map, you can build a wall on the beach. Then when their ships come, they have no room to deploy their troops. And if they do deploy, its in small number, numbers you can easily deal with. Also, the ai never really attacks the walls with their ships. Sometimes they do, but I've found it an often occurrence that they fail to do so
