Can you explain the missions cause everything is on chinese and i can't understand single word 😅

honestly i did this one without even reading that but to answer your question, the first half of the wall of text is indicating the ally city level (3) and some trade you can do with them apparently using the trade units in the castle. The rest of it in the optional objectives is basically saying "'0/2 Norwegian cities captured (for example)", "trade units sent to blue town 0/8" and other small quests
