It will be much more historical if lukasz added actual historical leaders to each nations like in aoh2 (I know not every single nation have leaders) but this is just enough and already a masterpiece, it will make the development longer so it is completely fine for Lukasz to not do that and if he wanted, he could add historical leaders to major powers.

The thing i loved to do in Aoh2 was starting as some small country (1-2 provinces) and then slowly becoming an important power. And usually then the Chinese had already half of the map and were unbeatable. I still remember starting as Cracov and ending up with whole Europe under my command.

In AoH II you would immediately lose half of your territories and also experience such severe bordergore that it would be a waste of time to continue, but here it's different! Good job!

Is it possible for the AI to automatically form the nation upon reaching the required provinces for the formation ? Because in aoh2 that wasn't the case .. I hope that the AI will at least try to focus on forming the desired nation, rivaling countries that stand in the way of forming, instead of being solely based on randomness on what nations does it rng to attack since the start of the game Or make it so we can write our own price to form a nation :)

This looks absolutely great! A huge improvement to the last game. Though I have one thing unrelated to the actual content you showed in the video that, as a Latvian somewhat bothers me. You missed the opportunity to have the provinces along the Daugava follow the river as a border. It is a small detail and probably not really worth complaining about, but it is kind of disappointing me, since now you can't have nice borders for Courland-Semigallia or Livonia, that historically followed the river. Especially with the province of Rīga, which is a city located directly by the river it is a bit weird that it is cut off by Jūrmala. As i said, not a big issue and probably my comment is complaining on a high level and doesnt bother anyone else but i still wanted to share it

I think it would be cool if we only required a certain percentage of the provinces to form some nations, or if AI could try to form nations (by invading territories from the formable nation) so as the ai would be able to easily form formable nations. And maybe require to have less than X provinces to form certain nations, avoiding Ai forming countries like Belgium while owning most of Europe.
