Hello, please can you explain how the red button works? When I reach floor number five, it disappears

It is based on the maximum floor you reached last time. I think you can skip the floors from the red button upto 3 floor below the floor you reached last time. i.e. if you reach floor 8, you can skip upto floor 5 next time using the red button.

Before u went to 19 now why u cant? Because u picked wrong buff or what?

The game upgrades the strength of the monsters every other time. I reached 19 two consecutive times but I didn’t upgrade my account for some time so i am left behind this time. And it also has to do with the recent change in medici event which makes it much difficult. The buffs were not bad. I always focus on picking buffs related to zombies.

I will try next time with troops expansion buffs. My city is currently in farming mode so changing it to military mode will also increase some stats.
